ICQ Link Patch

ICQ 6 is well known for it's bugs and errors at it's begin. That includes that received links were opened with Microsoft Internet Explorer, no matter which browser was configured as standard.

Initially links are opened with the standard browser since version ICQ 6 Build #5966. For older versions you can configure the standard browser with the ICQ Link Patch.
